Stephen is a 43 year old guitarist, bassist, and drummer, best known for his work in seminal punk bands, The Descendents, and ALL.

Recently, Stephen's been writing some tunes with Scott Reynolds (ALL, Goodbye Harry, The Pavers, Steaming Beast, etc). Their project is called 40Engine, and they plan on recording this winter.

He's also been writing instrumental tunes with a couple of friends under the name Slorder, who've got a couple of demos up at myspace.com, and will be recording soon.

Stephen's also been playing bass and drums on some tracks with a fantastic guitarist named Jason Crowley, They are calling it, amazingly enough, Crowley/Egerton. Click the link to hear a couple of songs up at myspace.com, and several more are coming very soon.

All 3 of these projects will be releasing material during 2008, and playing occasional shows. Please check back for release and show updates!

Stephen's also a record producer and engineer, who runs a recording studio called Armstrong Recording in Tulsa Oklahoma.
